Assorted Deli Containers

This is the number one thing that I took back from culinary school. Instead of having a bunch of random containers with mismatched lids, you have to search through them, and they're falling all over your drawers or cabinets, just use deli containers. The lids work on any of the sizes. The three sizes can fit just about anything, and if you really need to, you can just use two. They also fit easily in the freezers. They work in the microwave. You can put them in the dishwasher. You don't care if you lose them or need to throw one away or give leftovers to people in them because they're so cheap. They save you so much stress in the kitchen.
